Ujjawal has graduated with a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Institute of Law, Nirma University with a specialisation in IPR.

He has previously interned with various firms and has experience in matters related to Intellectual Property Litigation and other Commercial Litigation. He has also published various research papers on issues related to Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Technology Law among various other laws.

At the firm he is involved in IP and IT Litigation as well as commercial IP transactions.
