Ms. Shweta Sood completed her Bachelors of Art and Law degree from JEMTEC School of law, Indraprastha University and was admitted to the Bar council of Delhi in the year 2021. Prior to joining Mason and Associates she has worked at a leading law firm as an IP Associate based in Delhi where she primarily handled a large volume of Trade mark prosecution related matters as well matter including opposition, rectification, cancellation and domain name disputes. She also attended multiple office action proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry.

She has also authored various articles and blogs related to current Intellectual property issues to name a few IP protection of signature dance move, The Magic of the Moment and Bull sues horse on Lexology and The Trademark Lawyer Magazine.
